Michelle Tulla MD earned her medical degree from Ponce School of Medicine in Ponce, Puerto Rico in 2005. She completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Puerto Rico in San Juan Puerto Rico in 2009. She is board certified by the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ACOG). She did her fellowship in Anti- Aging and Regenerative Therapy and became board certified by the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M). She worked in a private office as an obstetrics, gynecologist and anti-aging physician in San Juan, Puerto Rico until moving to Jacksonville, Florida in 2015. Dr. Tulla’s primary aim is to help her patients achieve optimal health and wellness at all ages. She individualizes her therapy using bioidentical hormones and nutraceuticals to achieve the best physical health for her patients. Her special interests in the field are hormonal deficiencies, loss of libido, weight loss, menopause, andropause, loss of energy, mood changes and stress.
Shasta has been working for Hormone Health for over four years. She has gained much knowledge in the hormone replacement field and serves patients with much dedication and respect under the direction of our provider. Outside of work, Shasta participates with various community services with unions & youth advising with the NAACP.
Monica attended Middle Tennessee State University where she graduated with her Bachelor’s in Science. She also has over 11 years of experience in the customer service/sales industry. Since 2014, Monica has been coaching our patients throughout their Bioidentical Hormone Replacement journey. She enjoys seeing the change in patient’s health during the course of their treatment. Monica enjoys traveling, going to the beach, and spending time with her husband and two dogs.
After receiving her Associates of Arts in Nursing, Amanda continued on to receive her Bachelors of Science in Healthcare Administration from Santa Fe College in Gainesville, Florida. Amanda is a Nationally Certified Phlebotomy Technician as well as a Certified Nursing Assistant. Amanda has served as our office coordinator and bookkeeper for over four years. In her spare time, she enjoys coaching youth soccer.
