BHRT for Men Dealing With Hormonal Imbalance   My wife starting going through ‘the change’ two years ago. Needless to say, it changed our lives. We had always had a very close relationship and fought rarely. We were always considered to be ‘that couple’ that other people wanted to mirror. We are married for over 30 years, two kids, a house with a fence. We are pretty simple people. We mind our own business and just live our lives as best we can. We are both hard workers and really enjoy our vacation each year. Our vacation is something that we [...]

Then I blinked, and was 52 years old. Twenty years had just slipped right by overnight. I began to notice that I was not sleeping as good as I used to and that I was getting warm at night. Then the symptoms increased [...]

2020-04-27T13:26:25-05:00

I went for my first ‘insertion’ and it went well. I was nervous. The nurse I met with called me back and explained my lab results to me. I believe that she used the description ‘bone dry’ to describe my hormone levels. She explained that I would be getting two pellets, one with estradiol and one with testosterone. I would also take a dissolvable tablet at night before bed, this was progesterone. I am looking forward to the progesterone because she said it would help me sleep. I was then instructed to get up on the exam bed on my side [...]
